I just noticed that my live online Coppermine is not displaying the date like my local developement copy is.  Have looked at the docs and can not find out how to change it. Can someone help here, please?

Local copy shows date as:

Sep 23, 2006

Live site shows date as:

Sep 2006

Month and year only.  It can be viewed here: http://simairracing.com/cpg  if you would like to check it out.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

UPDATE: Disregard this post as I found out it is a "Firefox" problem as "Internet Explorer" displays the dates properly.  Sorry I took up this space.  What I dont understand on my developement server the date does work with Firefox.  Then it must be my webspace PHP setup and I have had that trouble before, meaning what works on my developement server does not necessarly work on my website.  :(

I have gathered some more information on this date format and can only say, I am stumped.

This only happens with Firefox web browser and I am using version 1.5.0.7.  I have no other version of FF to check this with.

I have 2 urls that reside to my site and this only happens with one of them and only if you leave the "www" out of the URL.  I have not tried this on other coppermine sites, yet.

If you click this link in FF, you will notice all dates only have the month and year displayed:

http://simairracing.com/cpg/

But is you put the "www" into the URL the date is displayed correctly month date and year:

http://www.simairracing.com/cpg/

All other URLs that point to my site work correctly displaying the date correctly.  This only happens in FF.

Anybody have any ideas here?

Thanks in advance.

Definately something on your end, date formats do not change depending what browser you use or if you use www. or not.

Roger, I understand that!  Just thought someone might have an idea.  If I get to the bottom of it, I will post back here.  I have other php pages on the site with dates and Coppermine is the only one effected.

Thanks for the info Sami, I had not found anybody else with FF to check it out.  Now I know it is my copy of FF that is messed up.
