How do I activate that in firefox? I can't find it. I need to use the stylesheet one.

You can find it on:
view=>toolbars=>Web Developer toolbar

it's not there. I only have Navigation and Bookmarks.

You need to install it first. This is not a Coppermine issue.

Did you actually download and install the Firefox extension from the author's homepage as suggested in the thread    
Tools recommended by the devs: Web Developer Extension? Please understand that there can only be limited support for that tool, as this support board deals with Coppermine, not with Firefox extensions.
