Upload problem

I am receiving this error after uploading, naming and describing a picture. When I try to submit it it says this:



The previous file could not be placed.

You have successfully placed all the files.

Ok. Now I am receiving an "X" when I click on the thumbnail to view the large picture. But it only happens on certain files. I will follow the instructions and post back.
