Album list view without thumbnails

I've been trying this for ages but none of it seems to work, can someone help me out please? Because all I want is my album thumbnails to be be replaced by text links.

You'll probably need to modify your theme to accomplish this. Copy the $template_album_list template from themes/sample/theme.php to your theme.php and remove the thumbnails.
