I have 1.4 for the first time, in old 1.3 there was my language (croatian) why is not croatian language in now 1,4 and when it will be in 1,4 thank you  :P

Nobody who knows Croatian has updated the language file for 1.4. We rely on volunteers from the community to contribute language files.
