This mod is great :)  I just have one question.  I notice that the short explanation of what you should insert into the relative path to your bbs's config file shows the examples for forums that are installed as subdirectories on a domain.  What would you put for the relative path to the config file if your forum is a subdomain of a subdomain?  For example, My subdomain is serenity.sharnyl.net and I have my phpbb forum as writers-coven.serenity.sharnyl.net.  So what would I enter for the relative path to my config.php file?

Thank you :)

You're asking for support on bridging, so I'm moving this thread from "cpg1.4 modpack by Stramm" to the bridging support board (bridging doesn't differ from a vanilla coppermine to the modpack version). Read the sticky thread When requesting bridge support - mandatory! there and do exactly as suggested.
Usually, sub-domains equal sub-folders.

Thank you and I'm terribly sorry for posting in the wrong forum.  :)

I have the following issue when trying to bridge coppermine and phpbb 2.0.21:
Relative path to your BBS's config file question

Coppermine install: http://serenity.sharnyl.net/gallery/
Forum install: http://writers-coven.serenity.sharnyl.net
Coppermine version: cpg1.4.9
Forum version: PhpBB 2.0.21
Test user account: (Forum) Login: Test Password:  test1  (gallery) Login: Test Password: test2

BridgeManager settings:
Forum URL:  http://writers-coven.serenity.sharnyl.net
Relative path to your BBS's config file:  Unsure what to put here
Use post-based groups?:  0
Cookie name/prefix: phpbb2mysql

As I suggested: you'll have to figure out how subdomains are being configured on your server. Usually, they are configured like this:

Primary domain: sharnyl.netCorresponding absolute path: /home/sharnyl/public_html/
Subdomain 1: serenity.sharnyl.netCorresponding absolute path: /home/sharnyl/public_html/serenity/
Subdomain 2: writers-coven.sharnyl.netCorresponding absolute path: /home/sharnyl/public_html/writers-coven/

If this is the case for you (if you're not sure, ask your webhost), then the relative path to the forum (seen from the folder where coppermine resides in) would be ../../writers-coven/
Frankly, you'll have to ask your webhost for details, as the path on subdomains depends on the way the subdomains are set up.

Syren

Thank you :)  That was the correct path.  Thank you again :)
