Installation problem

Hi,

I'm a new user of coppermine and I'm trying to install it in local on my PC.
If this has already been covered, I apologize. I can't find it. I'm confused about the database installation and configuration.
I've created a database named "galerie" via phpmyadmin in local, and I've installed Coppermine in www in a folder named "galerie".
But when I run the instal, I have this message :
Could not create a mySQL connection, please check the SQL values entered
MySQL error was : Accès refusé pour l'utilisateur: 'admin'@'@localhost' (mot de passe: OUI)

I've a problem with :
MySQL Username : ?   
MySQL Password : ?
I've read the topic about installation here :http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/index.htm#install_screen_start
but I don't understand.

Please, help me

What are you using as a local webserver ? Xampp or some other product like it ?
If you setup a MySql database you also know the username and password which have access to that DB.
Use that username and password to install CPG data into that DataBase.

I only have username and password which give access to localhost administrator
When I try them, I have always the same message of error.

Try with: Username:"root"
              Password:"" (leave blank)

Tout fonctionne. En fait j'avais bien essayé avec "root", mais j'avais laissé le mot de passe
All is running. In fact, I tried with "root", but I leaved the password. All is OK now.
