Question about installing.. getting error

Hi.  I am trying to set up my new gallery but when i go to http://gallery.bobbylashleyonline.com/login.php i get the message 'The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.
The script had an error or it did not produce any output. If there was an error, you should be able to see it in the error log.'   Why is this?  Can someone tell me what I have to do so I can set up the account.  Thanks

Are you using pnCPG (Post Nuke CPG)?
It seems that you've installed orginal CPG (1.4.8) !
