Change the Thumbnail of a Flash File

Hi there..
i got now a coppermine gallery (v1.4.9) with some flash games included..
they are all in the .swf format..
now i want to change the thumbnail of the flash files to a litte printscreen of the files.. but i cant find an option
i made some .jpg files with printscreens but it isnt possible ...
someone got a tipp for me?
