Msg Box Stuck: "Sending you to admin mode"

Created registered "user1", is stuck displaying, like a continous refresh, msgbox containing the above.  Clicking on any menu item, nothing happens.  Deleted "user1" and goes back to normal.  Created "user2", thenlogged on, goes right to the same action.  Shut the browser and come back to the same.

Help, hope I discribed enough.

Think I discovered the solution, turned the "cookie monster" loose to clean up.  Things seem to be back on track.
