I´ve got a problem i´m totaly new with stuff like this.
I have a vew problems.

First of all in all the topic´s peeps are talking about a gallery inside you root folder. My gallery is at the same server but in a subdomain
my site is at ppd.remkodevos.com and my gallery is at fotoboek.remkodevos.com Where to put cpmfetch.

When I call the install.php file I get /** * RELEASE VERSION: 1.6.4 * * This is the installation program for CpmFetch. * * Usage: Call this file from a web browser and follow the instructions * */ But I don´t get any instructions when I call for the file.

I figured out that in the doa file I can put all the DB info as pw localhost etc etc.

What to do I have know clue.. Is there a treat that provides a step by step installation guide, If so I´m srry I missed it.

kind regards Remko

You are going to have a lot of problems with the sub domain.  You may be best off to use SSI or something to grab them.  You are generally into some world of pain trying to get this done unless you are good with php.

Read me footer here also.  It clearly says when to PM me.

Having everything in the same subdomain is definately easier for cpmfetch, especially if you are not good with webservers and php.

You messed with something in the file... Parse errors don't crop up for no reason

I reuploaded all the files,
Changed the root and the former error left the building.

but the nex error showed up..

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /data/members/paid/r/e/remkodevos.com/htdocs/fotoboek/cpmfetch/cpmfetch.php on line 772

you can check the cpmfetch installation at: http://ppd.remkodevos.com/fotoboek/cpmfetch

greetings.

I just updated to youre latest release 1.9.4, all the former errors are fixed
Now I have a new error for you

Error: config file /fotoboek specified but was not found.

I checked it all, and the config file is on the place where it belongs.  ??? the URL is still the same

I hope you know how I can fix this

For the dev version, the call to create cpmfetch is the path to the config file that was created during the install.  This is not well documented, since it is a dev version
