CPG 1.3.3, OS X 10.5.1

As administrator, I try to approve a file upload, but I get the message:

Script called without the required parameter(s). (aid91)

I don't really want to have to approve uploads for myself, nor anyone else for that matter, and when I set "Publ. Upl. Approval" to "no" for administrators (groupmgr.php), then the files upload fine. But I'm still curious as to why, if "Publ. Upl. Approval" is set to "yes," I get the above error message. A scan of documentation and forum entries initially hasn't yielded insight into what I'm doing wrong (so, there might be something, but so far I haven't found it).

As Nibbler suggested: cpg1.3.x goes unuspported. Update to the most recent stable version cpg1.4.10. Moving from cpg1.4 upload and locking.
