How do you register an account?

Not related to installing, moving this thread accordingly. You either allow user to register for themselves by enabling the corresponding option in Coppermine's config. If you don't want to allow you users to register, log in as admin, go to the user control panel from the admin menu and click "create new user" at the bottom of the screen.
Please use a better subject next time you start a thread.

Errr, so only the admin can make accounts unless he/she enables an option in the ACP?
