Guests to my coppermine photo gallery have the ability to view photos and rate pictures, but they cannot post comments or even view the "post comments" section. When signing in, however, the comments section is available. What do I have to do in order to make the comments section public? I looked everywhere under configuration and couldn't find anything.  ???

Look in the groups section.
