Login issues!

I can't get past the login screen.  i type in username and pswd, it accepts and tells me hello, but when i click on continue it sends be back to login screen.  What is going on?

Try and clear your cookies, i had that problem before and clearing the cookies fixed it.

i just deleted my cookies and i still can't get past the "hello" then back to login screen.
