Upgraded from 1.4.8 to 1.4.10 problem

I cant seem to get the update.php to run in my browser need help what am I doing wrong?

I dd just what they say to do in the docs and manual part on the coppermine site but when I need to follow this part it doesnt seem to work for me ...Know Im not a big computer person so please bare with me....Here is the step Im talking about below....What are they asking me to do here?  In simple terms


Run the file "update.php" in the coppermine directory once in your browser (e.g. http://yourdomain.tld/coppermine/update.php). This will update your coppermine install by making all necessary changes in the database.
