I just finished converting just another beautifull phpBB 2.x related theme for use with cpg1.4.x.

This theme will be XHTML compatible? Because validator found 269 error in this theme...  ::)

Then obviously this theme is not standards compliant and does not validate. You're welcome to edit it and contribute your updated version that validates. After all, the validator tells you what you need to do to make the theme validate.
