ecard?

I'm wondring if its possible to make somthing that the users who uploud photo  in me album can stop or start the ecard function?  Not everybody who use my album like this function but some of them do like it, so i wish it could be a choise for the users...

Some think and means that the way its now are against the norwegians laws about copyrights.

Sorry my simple english but hope you understand my question.

this would require fiddling with the database - not a good idea imo. Maybe someone will post a hack though...
