the link to a picture is not stable

Hello.
I realised, that the dynamic link created by cpg is not that stable.
I mean, when i post e.g. the link to a specific picture in my gallery in a board, people who follow that link see each one a different.
I also constated, that google maps my commentary to other pictures.
It ist possible to force the effect, if i copy the URL e.g. from the Fierfox url line into the ie url line then ie will show another picture as ff. On the same System!
I can not believe that this must be like that. Dnamic is ok, but thats too much for my taste.
