Blank Gallery after Upgrading - 1.2.4 to 1.4.10

Okay, my gallery was working great until I tried adding a mod to show "who's online".
It messed up my index.php and so I came on here, and it was suggested that I just use a new index.php,
but because of my older version, to just upgrade.
So I tried upgrading, and now when I go to my gallery, there is a blank screen; nothing there.
Any ideas on why this is?

Re-upload the cpg1.4.10 files, using a "real" FTP app (not some WYSIWYG-editor like MS Frontpage). Make sure to use the proper FTP mode. Make sure that your FTP app is set to overwrite existing files.
