new reg users comments added after admin approval

Can a comment posted by a newly registered user be posted after admin approval.

I searched the board and found some similar suggestions with group settings etc. and one same as me from 2004. You replied that it wasn't easy and maybe for future versions.

It doesn't need to be for all the registered users, only the new ones, just to check that they are not spammers or bots.

It is to prevent this:
Some kind of bot register and within seconds posts spams using the comments.

Already implemented for cpg1.5.x - there will be comments approval (admin settable of course).
