Why users cant upload to other categories?

Currently users can only create albums at User Galleries and upload pics there. Is it possible for the users to upload to any albums outside of User Galleries. Best if the user can create albums without needing my approval. Thanks.

Just to clarify these 2 points,

1.  Users CAN upload to any album, in any category, if the ALBUM PROPERTIES, and GROUP SETTINGS allow it.

2.  Users CANNOT create new albums anywhere other than in the 'User galleries'.

this has been answered a million times as well. Look into the documentation that comes with coppermine and search the board. Do not hijack other's threads! Thanks
