complete backup of a gallery ?

Last week my internet provider told me that the server with my galleries collapsed completely and all (!) data were destroyed. So my backups on the server were also not available.
Is there a "simple" way to get a complete backup of a coppermine gallery including the database.
If there is any place where it is written allready, please just tell me.
