Upload Notification

I would find it useful to know when someone uploads a file. I currently have my gallery setup so that any registered user can upload a picture without approval. However I have to manually check to see when new files are uploaded. If there is not currently a setting for this (which I apologize for if I missed) I would find this, and hopefully others as well, helpful. It would be much like the notification that is sent when a new user registers, but instead just when an upload is completed.
