I am using "orange" theme, whare can i put AdSense Codes

i am using "xand" theme, please let me know how to add, where to add Google AdSense Codes.

here is is my theme.php codes. i want to add

=>> under admin/user menu in vertical style right side
=>> under album list at home page
=>> under each Intermediate picture when viewing pics
=>> and also bottom of all pages

please guide me
