How do I get my site looking like this?

Currently run a site at www.jlphoto.com.au - if you go to the gallery link you can access my gallery page. I'm wanting it to to be implemented with my website like the home page so you can see the banner and the links etc then the coppermine gallery below. I want it to look like this gallery.....

Hello,

the gallery you  mentioned is running a style called 'project_vii' style. But as I am aware the theme on http://www.tvrphotography.com/gallery/ is redesigned.
You can get the original theme in the download section.

The theme "project_vii" comes with the coppermine package, so you can't download it - you already have it. If you want to see a particular theme, change it as you see fit. There are thousands of postings that explain this in detail.
