won't save config options

After I log in and put yes for "Allow unlogged users (guest or anonymous) access  Yes    No  "  it won't save it keeps puttin no instead of yes so if I'm not logged in or anyone they can't see gallery.

Help.

How do I run update.php?  Never had to do this before and it's for website www.bookaskustoms.com/gallery

As suggested in the docs:

Run the file "update.php" in the coppermine directory once in your browser (e.g. http://yourdomain.tld/coppermine/update.php). This will update your coppermine install by making all necessary changes in the database.

It said update was already done on it.

But checked files and it said this.........
It will show everything in red that needs to be fixed. Entries in yellow need looking into. Entries in green (or your default font color) are OK.

Use your FTP app to re-upload the file Nibbler suggested. Make sure that your FTP app is set up to overwrite existing files.

It's sql/update.sql. That means the file is named update.sql and it is located in the directory named sql.

Wouldn't reupload mean get a new file version of it?  So where do I get that, what you typed to me means finding the same one already on directory, I'm trying to get a new copy of it?  Is, so where do I got to download that file?  link?
