fatal error

i installed everything (I dowloaded http://stramm.st.funpic.org/displayimage.php?album=13&pos=2 "Modpack v1 for CPG 1.4.10 bridge support, latest version, he actual modpack including some modpack fixes and the CPG 1.4.10 fixes"

uploaded everything, kept the same folder structure, then went to index.php and saw it said FATAL ERROR then I immeditaly went to and ran update.php. some say "ALREADY DONE" others say "OK". OK, I thuoght, and clicked on the "If you didn't (or you don't want to check), you can go to your gallery's start page" but I still get the FATAL ERROR page!

I just made a descovery, but I am not sure if it even matters.

Some files wont upload "properly".

For example the update.sql file is on my harddrive 24222 but uploaded, it says Size: 23619 ... Itried to upload it several times but with the same result. /tried with both binary and ASCII mode\

I have see this in these files too (mostly the include files)
functions.inc.php (originally 119602 on server 116530)
init.inc.php - orig. 15779 on server 15356
landfallback.inc.php - o 24928 os 24377
picmgtm.inc.php - o 28363 os 27743
pms.inc.pgp - o 14142 os 13612
slideshow.inc.pjp - o4453 os 4320

Again,. I tried upload all these files several times but the size wont increase!

This is so weird. I deleted everythign and uploaded everything using a different FTP and it seem to be working fine nwo
