I've translated mod to Russian (except administration as admin ). What should I do to share it ?

All contributions are welcome. Not sure what you exactly did; what mod are you refering to? Did you translate Stramm's modpack? If yes, zip your changes and attach the zip to your reply here (using "additional options" when composing your message). Stramm (or another moderator) will do the necessary steps to include your contribution with the package if applicable.
