Quest about indefined variable - post_actions etc.

Thank u once more Stramm for your mod -it works exellent but I have some quest - in update.php there is no updation for post_actions, system_icon & caption2. I manually added field post_action to the table pms, but I have no idea is it nessesary to add  system_icon etc & if it is what values to insert. Maybe it is very stupid question, but i hope u'll answer. Thanks.
