At the moment I am working on an optimized integration of the Coppermine Gallery into Invisionboard.

The gallery has a built-in connector to ipb in order to use the same member and user table. But what I am missing is the same look and feel of Coppermine and ipb.
This mod project will include these features:
  • Using the skinning machine of ipb. Same look and feel without manual customizing
  • Using the member's language
  • Random image box for portal system (Dragoran, myIBPortal, IPB Dynamic Lite)
  • [/list:u]
The current state can be viewed at my
Testboard.

But only members will be able to upload some pictures.

To see the mod working, go to the gallery (camera icon) and choose an image to display. Then click on more near by the drop down field of the skin selector. In the new window click on the skins.

The view of the gallery will change immediately.

To see the mod working in portal systems, use the portal selector in the upper left corner. Refresh the view several times to see images changing. Choose different skins.

After having read so many topics in this forum about problems and questions about integration of Coppermine into Invisionboard, I thought, this mod project seems to be of some interest for you.

But perhaps I should promote a bit more:

The project has nearly reached an end (99,99%):

There is a new class in Invisionboard, which provides you with a new function  to generate random, newest or best rated images of your Coppermine gallery.

You can choose the number of total images and the number of rows. The function returns html code which depends on a new skin class. So you are able to customize these images to fit your skin.

In Invisionboard's ACP you can choose the albums from which you want to generate these images.

This evening I will install the new version on the testboard.
