E-mail when someone registers

I have followed the instructions on how to get an email when someone registers, but it doesnt work.
Any ideas?

You may wanna make sure your hosting provider supports SMTP for your website... especially if it's free ISP.
I would try to e-mail your ISP' support and ask them.
I had the same problem(still do) - but the scripts are fine. It has nothing to do with this gallery.
