Combine Transparent Overlay by Stramm and Med and full size access by Paver

I am interested in the functionality of two mods, however, they conflict with one another. The two mods are full-size access control and right click results in downloading an overlay.gif.  The issue is that with both installed there are instances where the medium image display blank (black screen where the picture should be) or a small black box where the picture should be.

This is for my church site, which has children pictures, so I prefer not to post the address here. I can PM it to the party that is interested.

I have CPG 1.4.10, pretty vanilla using igames theme.
The following plug-ins are installed:
-   File replacer v1.0
-   CPG MiniCMS v1.6
-   Delete Favorite v1.0
-   Full-Size Photo Access Control v1.4
-   No robots v1.1
-   Keywords_add v1.0
-   Final Extract v2.2

I have no idea what this would take or what to offer. Based on what I see for quotes around here I am going to set my budget at $25 US. However, I would like to hear a bid if you think it will take more to do it. Time frame: 1-2 weeks, if more time is needed, let me know.
