adding anchor in pic view

The header of my homepage is too big to show the whole picture in the "full view" screen.
I thought of something like an anchor to place on top of the picture and jump to it when calling the next picture ...

Is this possible or already implemented?

thanks a lot ... the move gave me the idea ...
i can just add an anchor in the template and call it by adding the anchor name behind {}
tomorrow i'll write the changes down for people that can't find out themselves
