Hey is there any way to make the guests press in an code then they add a coment?

i got som problems with porn spam bots in my gallery, you can see the problem in the pics and whot i'm thinking of with the code..(fast creation in paint) thank you all

I hope som can gelp me out here.. i turn off guest comments now but if it is porsebal to turn it on saftly again i will pray for it
