Hi.

How can I choose and display categories with pictures in the index ?  I did a picture to explain what I would like to do... each grey square would be a different category picture.

It's possible in version 1.3 to have a single thumbnail to represent each category, but they won't display as you ask.

You could use the rss feed to do this on another page though, I would think.

I read that verson 1.3 is still beta.  is it stable enough to upgrade from 1.2 ?  or I will have many troubles ?

The beta4 download is considerably out of date.  If you want to get the up to date files, you need to log on to cvs, and get them there.

It is running well for me, but there have been issues, mainly with integration, which have been holding up the full release.  Read the 1.3 testing/bugs board to see what's fixed and what's not.
