Photos gone

All photos/thumbnails do not show, only a red cross with the number of the picture.
Never had problems with this before.
I checked file versions and saw that the following was marked red:

albums/edit/no_FTP_uploads_into_this_folder

But when I click on it the page can't be opened.
The questionmark sais to upload to webserver.

How can I solve this problem?
Coppermine version is 1.4.4
