Is it possible to switch position of Random Files around with Last Additions?

On the homepage, we have the album list, Random Files and Last Additions, I was wondering if it's possible for me to place Last Addtions at the top after Album list.. rather than at the bottom, is there a way I can switch the codes around or anything? Which files can I edit?
