Recently on my webhost, they changed the name of the database from local host to another name. How would I change this? Thanks.[/quote]

you need to change the contents of the include/config.inc.php.
Just change the database name to match the new name.
It has been a long time now since I did my little bit here, and have done no coding or any other such stuff since. I'm back to being a noob here
