How computer savvy you are: newby to php and cpg..
What kind of web server you are running on: i think it is a windows based..

I am sorry for the fact that i have posted 3 topics now  :-\

I figured it out very far i think, but i still cant figure out why it gives this error message...
I dont know where to look for this config file..

the only thing i could think of was just in the cpmfetch folder where a file is named "cpmfetch_config.php" but when i open it in my browser it gives a 500 Internal Server Error  ???

Someone who can help my with the config problem here?

Yes, your posts seem to be replicating like bacteria...

Anyway  "newest" is not a valid answer for what version...  Someone two weeks ago claimed the same thing, then we found out they were actually a few versions behind.

Otherwise, sounds like the constructor to cpmfetch is not passing the full path and name of the cpmfetch_config.php file and instead doing the old style  of just setting the partial gallery url.

What are you doing that is giving you this error?

I have just again uploaded the whole "cpmfetch" map into the gallery directory...
I have installed it by going to: www.daand.com/Gallery/cpmfetch/install.php
then i have installed the cpmfetch widget into the webdirectory
then i activated the plugin and got this "Error: config file /cpg specified but was not found." error

i dont know where it went wrong or what config file the code is looking for...

Okay, if the install.php showed you some photos - you've done everything right.

You need to track down who ever wrote the widget and ask them what to change.  I suspect that they wrote the widget for the older version on cpmfetch (no longer supported), in which cpmfetch is started differently.
