Hi all,

I've installed coppermine 1.4.10 yesterday, but i've a problem with uploading pictures.
When I try to upload an image, the following appears:

QuoteCritical error
Impossible to move (imagename) to albums/userpics/ !

The link to my coppermine is: http://overdruk.net/transforum/archief/index.php

Make sure that you have set permissions as suggested in the permissions section of the docs.

SK9

I've already set the permissions as suggested.

The error message means that you haven't set permissions correct. I already told you that you need to review them. Don't check permissions, but explicitely apply them.

I've installed coppermine 2 times step by step as wrote in the ReadMe.. I tried chmod 777 and chmod 755.. and both don't work.

The problem is solved. I've send an e-mail to my hostingprovider, they have changed the "openbase dir restriction"

Thanks for the answers gaugau ;) :)

Your issue may or may not be related. It's not a bright idea to try to hijack somebody else's thread.
Start your own thread after having done as suggested in http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/index.htm#upload_trouble and after having upgraded - cpg1.4.10 is the most recent version. Marking as solved, locking.
