Help adding links

I just wanted to thank you for making this mod pack. But if you would. Could you please tell me how to add a link to the user album on the profile of the user. If it wouldn't be to much trouble could you also tell me how to add a link in the sys_menu to view my profile. Separate from the edit profile. It would help me so much if you could help me with this.
