view counter

i got 4 gallerys on the go in our website and all other 3 view counters work but i've just installed the 4th and the view counter is always zero. Any ideas what has gone wrong and what to do to correct it.

I've clicked your four newest files, counter of all increased by 1 (now 4,1,1,2)
