Problem with polish fonts on main site

Hi,
I got problem on main site with text in anycontent.php file and onlinestats plugin. My charset is utf-8, and everything else is OK. only in those two input file a got samething  "��ʣ�ӌ������󜿟" while should be "ĄĆĘŁŃÓŚŻŹąćęłńóśżź"

I'm weak in php, please help me.

have you saved your anycontent.php in utf-8 too??
