admin config not working

i don't know what's happen with this: my-gallery.com/admin.php

sometimes, when i want change something, this thing don't change...

ej: Performance settings > Enable gallery statistics (6 queries) > Yes > Save New Configuration

when i return to my-gallery.com/admin.php continue the same thing: Performance settings > Enable gallery statistics (6 queries) > No
and this happen with all categories

i'm looking for post, that could help me, but i didn't found

Have you read how to install teh modpack? And have you run update.php?
