Removing "Last One Added" and all dates from images

I've only found one post about this and that solution didn't work.  Does anyone know how to remove the "Last one added and date" commment and all dates from images.  When I tried the solution listed in another post, the page "broke" real bad.

Thanks for any pointers on this.
