Uploading for Registered Users

I want registered users to be able to upload into the categories I created, but normal registered users can only upload in their user group albums  How do I allow them to upload to the public categories, WITHOUT making them admin, cause I don't want them screwing with the site.  Thx and I hope someone can help.

set permissions in groups to allow upload to public gallery, then use properties button next to album thumbnai to allow upload to individual album. Pre-requisite: turn "Users can have private gallery" on in coppermine config. If you need a more detailed answer, search this board, this has already been asked (and answered) a thousand times.

How do I give permission to more than just one group to view a certain album?

You can't.  Although 'registered users' allows all groups except anonymous.
