Seperate Content Page?

Am I missing something, or is there an easy way to add a page to my site using the template/theme that I'm using for Coppermine?  Basically I want to be able to add my own pages to the site, while still using the theme.  I can't seem to find any information on it (maybe not searching hard enough)
