Alternative Index for Coppermine 1.0

I'm user of coppermine 1.0 (is the most fast coppermine) and well, in the
old page, you have an alternative "index.php" for 1.0, that change a litlle
the visualization of the entrance.

Example: http://www.internezz.com/php/fotolog/index.php

My question is, anybody have this index.php or knows where I can download
it?
