How Do I Mod Footer?

I want to put HTML in the footer that will loop. which folder to I put this html in? inbetween what lines? I am using project_vii as my theme. I really need to put my 2257 info in the footer along with a few other links. Thanks so much! Victoria

Edit your theme's template.html, ie. themes/project_vii/template.html. Put it where you want it to appear.
